The purple fig from Solliès is used in this condiment full of pieces, with the good taste of the fruit enhanced by the caramelized touch of balsamic vinegar. Excellent with foie gras, it also goes well with fresh goat's cheese and can even be used in a dessert, with vanilla ice cream!

Accompanies semi-cooked or pan-fried foie gras, duck breast. Try it with goat cheese, on vanilla ice cream...
