Everybody loves shish-taouk! This superb spice blend is similar to garam masala. Traditionally used to marinate chicken, it can also be used for all kinds of poultry as well as pork. Try it in your next dahl recipe for a tasty, original twist. Season your lentil soup with this exquisite blend. 100g

RECIPE:

Mix together:

- 800 g chicken breast

- 60 ml yogurt

- 75 ml vegetable oil

- 15 mL shish-taouk spices

- 15 ml salt

Marinate / Marinate 4 h

Cook on high heat

And there you have it, a great shish-taouk, just like in a restaurant!
