The original recipe of traditional Gran Galup with fresh candied fruit and top-quality raisins. Garnished with “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” Italian hazelnut icing, enriched with whole almonds and granulated sugar.

Panettone with candied citrus fruits and raisins, covered with hazelnut icing garnished with granulated sugar and whole almonds - Naturally leavened baked product - Ingredients: Type "0" soft wheat flour - Sultanas 15% - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Gold orange peel 8% (Orange peel, glucose syrup - fructose, sucrose) - Yolk of fresh category A eggs from free-range hens - Natural yeast (Type “0” soft wheat flour - Water) - Candied citron bark 4% (Cedar bark, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Fresh whole milk - Invert sugar syrup - Salt - Honey - Sugar syrup glucose/fructose - Barley malt extract - Natural flavors - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring.
