This multi-award winning hand-crafted nougat is made using traditional French Montelimar methods. It combines fragrant, locally sourced orange blossom honey with the freshest, hand roasted, premium quality nuts.

The mixed nougat may include a mix of the following nougat flavours:
Salted Caramel
Original (pistachio, almond & hazelnut)
Fig & Walnut
Rose Pistachio
