Timeless confection, the nougat requires time and a detailed-orientated making process in order to express all the complex flavors. This confectionery called ‘Nougat de Montélimar’, so well realised by Arnaud Soubeyran, is for products containing at least 28% of almonds, 2% pistachios and 25% honey.

THE BRAND
In 1837, Mr Arnaud and Miss Soubeyran got married and decided to manufacture the famous Provençal treats: Nougats. The constant seek of high standard raw materials will soon increase the fame of the confectioner Arnaud Soubeyran. Three generations of hard-workers and of an artisanal know-how helped the brand to be standing where they are at today.
