Made mainly from clover, linden, brassicas and wild rasberry blossoms, it’s also made from a multitude of wild flowers, abundant in the Upper Laurentians in July. A fresh and minty taste originating from the linden’s nectar is also noticeable.
Creamed honey is made from a classic honey which is simply whipped to give it a creamy texture.
