Thanks to the scratch-resistant ceramic Ceraforce® non-stick coating - free of PTFE - you are also focusing on health. You are sure of a successful result with even less oil. Only use accessories made of wood or silicone to prevent damage.
The aluminium body of this Alu Industry 3 frying pan is extra thick and extremely robust. This lightweight pan is easy to handle and cleaning it is a piece of cake. Thanks to the unique Radiant® base, your pan remains stable and in perfect contact with any hob, including induction. The heat is evenly distributed. Changing the heat setting on the hob?
