The veining of the olive wood offers patterns and shades ranging from light to dark. Between darker veined areas (many or scattered) or surfaces with lighter and uniform shades, the rendering is unique for each piece. 

Equipped with an 8.5 cm stainless steel blade, it promises a perfect cut and easy maintenance. The olive wood handle from France is hard, resistant and offers a pleasant grip. Its Virobloc safety ring is available to block the blade when it is either in the open or closed position.
