This fleur de sel comes from the WWF reserve of Trapani, in the north of Sicily, in a controlled environment without any pollutants, which gives it exceptional purity. 

The pot was inspired by the artisanal ceramics of Sicily where we often find these old patterns with blue and yellow.  

Its very fine and shiny grain will perfectly accompany your raw fish, meat tartars and your desserts.
