100% Quebec black garlic is grown in an eco-responsible way, in small-area permaculture. It is the result of a very slow caramelization of a single clove of white garlic, known as the Maillard reaction. This gives a real soft candy, with notes of prune, balsamic vinegar, liquorice, chocolate and coffee.

Can be used in a grilled-cheese, in mashed potatoes, with a good cheese, in homemade mayonnaise, with meat or fish, on a cracker, etc.
