These 100 % duck rillettes, are carefully prepared with the best pieces of duck and top-quality ingredients, such as hand-shredded duck confit. A must for your receptions!

Directions and storage: Refrigerate for two hours before tasting. Serve cold or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. Stores for 3–6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Recommended accompaniments : Ideal for brunches. Spread on a good baguette, it's the perfect companion for your cheese platters. You can serve it with some onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs and pears.

Wine and spirits : White wine from Burgundy or the Loire, red wine of your choice.

Ingredients: Duck meat confit, homemade duck stock, fine duck fat, salt and pepper.

In addition to a great selection including hard-to-find items, the customer service at this establishment is in a category that I did not know still existed. I have ordered from this great store over the internet and with one order there was a question with a quantity I ordered and the staff called me the same day to make sure I had not made a mistake. They also know their products very well and are happy to help. Their selection is very extensive. For those of us in the US, have no worries about things taking a long time to arrive from our helpful knowledgeable neighbors to the North! I just received another order from this great store and echo my previous comments! Quick service and your order arrives perfectly packaged. Could not be happier with the products and service.
