100% Quebec black garlic is grown in an eco-responsible way, in small-area permaculture. It is the result of a very slow caramelization of a single clove of white garlic, known as the Maillard reaction. This gives a real soft candy, with notes of prune, balsamic vinegar, liquorice, chocolate and coffee.

Easy to cook, just open the jar of black garlic cream and place it on a platter of cheeses surrounded by crackers, breads, fruits, vegetables, nuts and cold cuts! It is also delicious in a grilled-cheese or burger, in mashed potatoes, with meat or fish, pasta, grilled vegetables, risotto, etc.
