SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive an email once your order has been prepared to let you know that it is on the way!

 

STORE PICKUP - 8141 Saint-Denis, Montreal, QC, H2P 2G7

Orders can be picked up daily, during opening hours, without charge. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the Greater Montreal Area. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email indicating your order is on the way with one of our delivery drivers.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer a flat rate shipping fee to all Canadian provinces (exclusing territories).  However, the shipping fee will be waived if the minimum purchase threshold is attained.  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to countries across North America, Europe, and Oceania.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery timelines can vary from 3-20 days for international shipments depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Papille Urbaine - Urban Palate is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@papilleurbaine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
