SPECIAL TIP: For tasty fish and grilled meats, worthy of a seaside taverna – Emulsify 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of fleur de sel and 1 tsp. oregano. Then generously pour over grilled meats, fish, and vegetables when serving
