Detalles

Las aceitunas se seleccionan de los huertos de Monfort en Alta Provenza y luego se prensan en el Moulin du Luberon, en Volx. El olivar está formado por casi 1.500 árboles repartidos en más de 4 hectáreas, con olivos de las variedades Aglandau, Frantoio y Bouteillan.

Se recogen a mano para garantizar el total respeto por la fruta y su frescura. Tras un minucioso trabajo de prensado y envasado, la Maison Brémond presenta su segunda cosecha.

Nota de cata : Frutado maduro que presenta mucho dulzor con notas florales, plátano maduro casi seco y miel de flores.

En el paladar : la textura es suave con notas de frutos rojos y jazmín. Al final hay una ligera astringencia con notas de plátano.

Maridaje : con queso en ensalada griega con queso feta. Como postre sobre una tarta o un pastel de frutas. Sobre tostadas por la mañana con miel.

In addition to a great selection including hard-to-find items, the customer service at this establishment is in a category that I did not know still existed. I have ordered from this great store over the internet and with one order there was a question with a quantity I ordered and the staff called me the same day to make sure I had not made a mistake. They also know their products very well and are happy to help. Their selection is very extensive. For those of us in the US, have no worries about things taking a long time to arrive from our helpful knowledgeable neighbors to the North! I just received another order from this great store and echo my previous comments! Quick service and your order arrives perfectly packaged. Could not be happier with the products and service.
