LA BELLE EXCUSE le ofrece un vinagre balsámico tradicional importado de Italia. Nuestro vinagre balsámico se produce en Módena utilizando un saber hacer secular que se cumple rigurosamente. Está hecho de mosto de Lambrusco-Trebbiano que se deja reducir al aire libre, lo que da como resultado una caramelización natural que le da al vinagre un color negro intenso.

CARACTERÍSTICAS : Perfectamente envejecido con un sabor con cuerpo.

INGREDIENTES : Vinagre de uva y mosto de uva con tres años de crianza en barrica (6% de acidez). Contiene sulfitos. Sin gluten.

USO : Imprescindible para las vinagretas y combinado con aceite de oliva con tu pan favorito. Ideal para desglasar verduras, para pastas y salteados, adobos de carne. Excelente como reducción para dar sabor a todas las carnes a la parrilla.

In addition to a great selection including hard-to-find items, the customer service at this establishment is in a category that I did not know still existed. I have ordered from this great store over the internet and with one order there was a question with a quantity I ordered and the staff called me the same day to make sure I had not made a mistake. They also know their products very well and are happy to help. Their selection is very extensive. For those of us in the US, have no worries about things taking a long time to arrive from our helpful knowledgeable neighbors to the North! I just received another order from this great store and echo my previous comments! Quick service and your order arrives perfectly packaged. Could not be happier with the products and service.
