Details
This angel food pan is made of aluminum for uniform and even heat distribution. The central tube conducts more heat to the middle of the cake for even baking and the non-stick coating prevents high rising cakes from falling while baking. Some added features to this pan are the raised legs for easy cooling and the removable bottom for easy unmoulding.
